Mosque bombs

The police has invented a new strategy to discriminate against Muslims by involving their names in the mosque explosions taking place often these days. It is a new development in the Indian politics.
The idea is imported from Pakistan. Since sectarian violence in Pakistan is so common that the scholars of the concerned sects do not hesitate to allow killing or bombing of each other’s mosques. Some Indian fanatics got the idea to explode bombs in the mosques and accuse the Muslims. The world believes easily as there are already Muslims involved in the mosque bombings in Pakistan, Iraq etc.
Recently there were explosions in mosques at Parbhani, Nanded, Malegaon and Hyderabad etc. The culprits of Parbhani and Nanded mosques were caught but they belonged to a strong political group so the police could not make any charge sheet against them.
A large number of hand made grenades and crude oil bombs were captured at Nanded and Kanpur in the month of May 2007 as reported by The Times of India.
The police did not establish any connection between Parbhani Nanded bombs with Hyderabad mosque bombs, and made the story linking the bombings of Parliament, Gujarat temple, Samjhauta Express, Malegaon etc. and brought a few Muslim youths with fake stories of involvement.

Also, Police presented a new theory of sectarian differences among the Muslims like in Pakistan. A few Muslim leaders too began propagating the Police theory that some groups of Muslims are against each other and are doing so.

The fact is that Indian Muslims do not have any such sectarian hatred against each other. They are far more tolerant than any other country. The differences do exist among the Shias, Sunnis, Shafiis, etc. but not to the extent that they would keep bombs in the mosques. No Muslim in India can ever think of damaging a mosque’s dignity by bloodshed or quarrels. It is just as impossible as a Brahmin will allow a Dalit Pandit to become a chief priest in his temple.

The discrimination against Muslims can be noted from two incidents which took place simultaneously in May/June 2007. Two communities in Rajasthan namely Gujjar and Meenas clashed with each other on the issue of reservations.
Gujjars destroyed government properties, killed people and paralyzed the life in Meerut, New Delhi and Rajasthan. Not a single shot was fired at any person. The police remained a silent spectator. At the same time, a bomb exploded in Hyderabad in Mecca Masjid. The police opened fire on the innocent people who were running away in panic from the site and killed 16.
CBI inquiry has been called upon but everyone knows the result of hundreds of such inquiries. By the time CBI will conclude, several other atrocities and riots would have taken place and people will forget what had happened.
