Group insurance is not enforceable by the Government

Majority of the people work in the shops, restaurants, workshops, etc.
Their jobs are never permanent and the owners want to avoid paying the group insurance premiums. Unless the Government will make strict laws, the poor men will continue losing their birth right of getting security.
Like in the developed countries, the employers must be forced to pay the group insurance for whatsoever period a poor employee works for them.

But in the sub-continent the owners encourage the child labour. The children get less salary, work more hours and demand no insurance.
The government must establish the social security for the protection of common labourers and workers.
